Mind-Body Medicine 8-Week Online Group Program

Learn stress resiliency skills and regain your sense of calm and focus.

This 8-week live experiential stress resiliency course is based on the training created by the world renowned Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington D. C. The sessions are via teleconference 2-hours per week and are accompanied by a private fb page for participants. Each group offers a safe space to learn, experience and share in a small group setting of 8-10 participants. Participants will come away feeling empowered and equipped with tools for a home practice long after the course is completed.
